Lost or Stolen Packages
While we understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages, once handed over to our courier partners, we relinquish control. If your package goes missing or is stolen, please contact us at support@miisima.com for assistance.
We recommend filing a claim with the courier company directly, as they may require additional information to process the claim. We'll also liaise with the courier on your behalf to monitor the claim's progress and provide updates.
Please note that lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, but we'll do our utmost to assist you. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or further assistance in resolving the issue.
